Happy Spring! We’re so excited, because along with the baby robins, young foxes, baby goats and chicks and all the greenery, a new album is being released into the world. Our new record, Making Tracks Home, will be released March 24! The reviews are really nice, and we are just so proud of it! We’ll be celebrating the release over the next month and a half, and kicking it off with our hometown show on March 27 in Boulder, CO at ETown Hall. The wonderful Benny “Burle” Galloway joins us for this show. We play in Denver with Caravan of Theives the next night, and then head to Utah for a CD Release run there, including an appearance at the State Room with MoonAlice.
After that, we’ll take a couple weeks off of performing, and head to California where Enion will be teaching at the Julian Family Fiddle Camp. She’ll be joined by great teachers such as Gene Libbea, Scott Law, and Fellow Coloradan Katie Glassman. If you play or want to learn to play fiddle, guitar, banjo, bass or mandolin, please check this great camp out. The camp runs from April 8-12 and all ages and all levels are accepted!
After fiddle camp, look for Taarka in California, Oregon and Washington. Dates are here.
We look forward to seeing you all soon!
